Please use our calendar function at checkout to select the delivery date that is convenient to you. We will do our best to meet your selected date, however we are ultimately dependent on our couriers and Australia Post for deliveries outside local Launceston area and interstate. We do not deliver Sunday or on public holidays (except for Mother's Day or Valentine's Day in which different delivery conditions apply).
Local Launceston delivery (10km radius from Florage Tasmania, South Launceston) will be same day for orders received by 3pm weekdays and 11am Saturdays. There is no local delivery fee for flower arrangements and hamper orders. We aim for all deliveries to reach business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm.
Rest of Tasmania delivery will be next day dependent upon distance and courier availability and restrictions. For more remote areas please expect next day plus one. Please note some parts of Tassie are too remote for our couriers, so we will refund you if we cannot deliver the flowers or hamper. If your order is outside the local Launceston (10km radius from CBD) area delivery fee starts at $18.
For interstate, we use Australia Post Express with delivery time approximately 2-3 business days(longer for Darwin or if outside of the metropolitan area in each state). For interstate deliveries we will not include flowers, salmon pate or soft cheeses in hamper but will make up the balance with other quality Tasmanian produce to the same or higher value. Interstate deliveries will only be posted on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesdays to reduce risk of not being delivered before the weekend. The fee for interstate delivery is $35.
If no one is home when your gift is delivered.
If no one will be home, you may nominate a place for the gift to be left in 'Notes' at check out. Otherwise, our driver will leave the gift somewhere safe out of sight near the door. If there is nowhere safe or protected to leave the gift or weather conditions are unfavourable, the customer will be called for further directions, or the gift will be returned to the store. The flowers or hamper can be re-delivered on the next available delivery run and will incur another delivery fee, or can be collected from the store.
If your gift contains alcohol.
Please note that alcohol is provided on our website as an added gift. It cannot be ordered as a one-off product but must accompany flowers or other hamper items. Under Tasmanian Law alcohol cannot be left unattended or with a minor.
